5. Citizens Presentations – Any citizen who desires to address the City Council on a matter not included on the agenda may do so at this time. The City Council may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item. To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Council respectfully request that prior to addressing Council that each person submit a citizen presentation form that is located at the entryway to the Council Chambers, stating your name, address, and topic of presentation. All presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit.

A. Accept metes and bounds attachment to the ordinance voted on and passed at the January council meeting for Helen B. Mott’s property to be part of the ETJ.

D. Discuss the layout and information to be included on the city’s new website.

The Council may go into closed session at any time when permitted by Chapters 418 or 551, Texas Government Code, or Section 321.3022 of the Texas Tax Code. Before going into closed session a quorum of the Council must be assembled in the meeting room, the meeting must be convened as an open meeting pursuant to proper notice, and the presiding officer announce that a closed session will be held and must identify the sections of Chapter 551 or 418, Texas Government Code, or Section 321.3022 of the Texas Tax Code authorizing the closed session.
