STAPLES PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE

February 7, 2011

Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Committee of Staples, Texas will meet at 7:00 pm on the 7^th day of February, 2011 in the Civic Center Building, Staples, Texas to consider the following agenda items:

1.      Call to order.

2.      Pledge to the U.S. flag

3.      Silent Prayer

4.      Roll Call

5.      Begin review of a complete Comprehensive Zoning plan for the city of Staples

6.      Approval of Minutes

7.      Motion to adjourn

 *THERE MAY BE A POSSIBILITY OF A QUORUM OF THE STAPLES CITY COUNCIL.  MATTERS OF CONCERN WILL BE DISCUSSED INFORMALLY.  NO ACTION OF THE COUNCIL WILL BE TAKEN.

I, the undersigned, Secretary of the Planning and Zoning Committee of Staples, Texas, hereby certify that the above Notice is a true and correct copy.  I posted said Notice on the front door of the Staples Civic Center and in the lobby of the Staples Post Office.  Said places are readily accessible to the general public at all times.  Notice shall remain posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of the meeting.
